ChengduIndependentOwn IPIn-house AI pipeline
Build a playable five minutes first. AI can speed up the build; the play itself is set by people.
Art direction begins with bulk generation, dozens to hundreds of candidates a round, with the form then selected by a person. The trial cycle shortens; the eye stays human.
The chosen candidate serves only as a draft. Assets that matter are rebuilt by hand into vector, layered, parametric source; from then on changes are made by adjusting parameters, not by regenerating.
Assets go into the engine; feel comes from repeated tuning. The pipeline has to make the tenth pass cost what the first one did.
IN-HOUSE CASE
Vectorised by hand along the centreline, not auto-traced — the difference is not how it looks, but whether it can still be changed.
| Centreline vectorours | Auto-trace | |
|---|---|---|
| Paths | 20 | each stroke becomes two edges |
| Anchors | 217 | multiplied |
| Change weight | one stroke-width | not possible; redraw |
| Change colour | one stroke | not possible; redraw |

A party-journey RPG built on LLM technology.
The world
In the graveyard, a body three days buried sits up at midnight. The temple wants an altar and the offerings that follow; the gravekeeper goes for charm-water before dawn; the physician in the party takes one look at the pupils and the lividity — they do not match three days dead. It is a poison that mimics death. All three readings stand at once. There is one world, and several systems that explain it: elemental magic, five phases, alchemy, medicine, mechanism, theology — each good at something, each with a blind corner.
You lead a cross-civilisation party along the old trade road, but play none of them. The truth is frozen before you set out; how much of it you can read depends on who in the party knows what — learn toxicology, and only then can you see through that resurrection. One departure to one close is a journey. The traveller you saved turns up again; the bridge you burned is still burned. What is left behind is the echo.
We rely on AI for its efficiency, not its creativity. Creativity starts with us, and so does the drive behind it.
